Never heard of the Mindless 38, but after looking at some pictures of the board it looks like mbs trucks will fit on it, the only difference will be that mbs trucks are longer (15.5'' compared to the 8.25'') than the mindless 38's trucks.
Your best bet is to probably go with MBS's skate style truck, it looks like it would fit. I can't find any specs, but if you measure the spaces between the screws for your trucks I can measure my mbs trucks and let ya know if they would fit.
