I recently chatted with a friend about mountainboarding.
When he tried to tell me that it was a stupid sport because of limited amount of tricks you can perform with a mountainboard I couldn't help but chuckle.
Lets think about this, every freestyle sport started with small tricks until some creative rider had the imagination and balls to try something new on a mountainboard.
When it comes to mountainboarding tricks, it all boils down to how imaginative and ballzy you are.
If you are willing to try something new, then a whole slew of mountainboarding trick possibilities open up. Don't limit yourself, create something, it's what drove skateboarding to the hieght it is now, and it's what can take mountainboarding to a whole new level.
If you go out thinking of possibilities then no place you ride a mountainboard will ever be boring, and you'll have rediscovered the human trait that apparently resides in only a few of us... innovativeness.
