Subject: How do you psyche yourself up?
Content: I often have to psyche myself up before I do something I never have done before in mountainboarding. How do you psyche yourself up? I usually hit my helmet with my hands a couple of times to make me stop thinking about it and just do it. I find that I board MUCH better when I just don't think about it. Slapping my helmet seems to help to bring me into the moment and just do it.
